in urgent need of advice - ignition switch

I'm trying to change the ignition switch (just the electrical part) in my '95 90Q
and I can't quite figure out how it's supposed to come out.  I've taken the wiring
harness off of it and it doesn't appear that the switch is really attached to the
key-tumbler part by any obvious fasteners.  It's pretty hard to see though.  It sure
doesn't want to pull straight out and I've tried to pry it about as much as I'm
comfortable with, but with no results.  Any advice or BTDT's on taking it out? 
Judging from the looks of the new replacement part it should just come right out,
but I'll wait for some advice before I push it too far.  Thanks,
