'90 90non-q fuel problems?? Please help!!

your car was very likely tuned for the way the previous regulator was
set up - and not it is way off.  unplugging it goes to "limp home" mode
in whihc it will idle fine.  If you can measure the current going to it
when the engine is warm (if you can get the engine warm that is!) you
can adjust the fuel mixture with a 3mm allen til it hovers around 0 mA
(up and down a little).

there are pix of this somewhere on my web site.

you could also try just richening the mixture (turn allen CW) a 1/6th
turn at a time and see if you get close enough to keep it running then
fine tune it.  If it was too rich, turn the other way.

If you can't measure the CPR current, get it warm by the above seat of
the pants method and at least get it so the OXS voltage cycles properly,
up and down for about the same amount of time.  Then bring it somewhere
with a CO meter for the exhaust (this is actually the right way to
adjust the static mixture)
