your oil pressure is not really low, really.  considering the factory
two stage warning is set up for 0.3 bar below 3k and 1.8 above, you've
still got room to play.  shoulda used Xw50 oil though, it is summer.

I was mostly typing this reply to suggest exactly that experiment. 
perhaps your WOT conditions per your ecu are just wrong for your current
setup and demands.  hard to imagine why, but possible I guess. 
Considering WOT sets a fixed open loop DPR current, what if under the
OXS loop you're already *over* that amount - the WOT setting would
actually *lean* out the mixture instead of richening it.  But remember I
am just guessing wildly here, I *do not* know what I am talking about!
