It's called a throwout bearing.  Buy a new one.  Unless your
clutch/pressure look really pretty, get new ones of those too.  That's
about $150 in parts.  Also, replace the engine rear main and tranny
input seals while you are in there - that's another $15-20.  The clutch
kit should include a pilot bearing, replace that also.  While the
flywheel is off, take the time to make some really nice marks at TDC (0
degrees) and anywheree else it will help you in future timing light
escapades!
