Powdercoating Problems and Questions

...at which point it's molten... it's melted onto whatever it covers
and the temperature it's baked on must be great enough to melt it.

So the question is what temperature does it melt at and will the 
oil temp get that high...  We've heard of oil temps of 300 deg. F.
Is that OK?
