Can't remember who recommended doing this, but last week, someone suggested
using a piece of the plastic strapping that is often used to bind paper or
boxes together.  It is thin plastic strapping about 1/2" wide.  You fit this
between the body and the trim strip and use it as a saw.  Worked really well
when I tried it.  If you can't find any of this, fishing line was also
suggested, but I haven't tried it.
