200TQA ....won't start at all..back to square 1

    Had to tow/trailer the 200TQA twice this week,  First time it would not
start till I got it off the trailer at home!  Next time stopped running
while driving and won't restart.  I'm not getting any spark. As before the
only code     I get is 2113, hall sensor.  I measured hall sensor per
Bentley and tested with fluctuating meter and blinking LED. I checked timing
and speed  sensor for resistance and opens per book.  Is there any way to
measure any output or signal  from these sensors?
    The only value that I can't get is .2V or blinking LED at pins 2 - 3 of
power output connector of coil. I have continuity between 2 of coil unit
and 22 of ECU.
    Is there anything else to check as it leads towards ECU?
