Hah!  Let's not get started on the Jim Ellis stories.....like
incompetent maintenance staff, or the slimy bastards they call "service
representatives."  Actually, Matt Flinn was pretty nice, if not very
helpful.  I think he got sick of dealing with my A/C and moved to
Montana or Minnesota or some other cold state that starts with M.
