4KQ Front Suspension Help Needed!

Hey everyone, I would like to know if anyone out there has heard of the same 
problem I am having with my front suspension.  In the front passenger side 
there is a big snap-like clunking noise when I am turning in reverse or 
turing hard and pulling forward.  This is all from a stop might I add.  As I 
back up or pull forward turning, with the steering wheel almost all the way 
to one side, i move about a foot or two and then hear a huge SNAP/CLUNK 
noise.  Anybody else ever experience this, and has anyone ever foud out what 
corrects this.  It is ver annoying to myself and others!  They only other 
question I have is how is Bilstien on warrantying struts?  My front struts 
are now very soft, and the rear remains very hard!  I put Bilstien Sports in 
the front and read about a year ago.  And why did they get so soft all of a 
sudden, the rears are still stiff like when I put them in!??  If anybody has 
any information on what this is or what I should do I would greatly 
appriciate it!  Thank you loyal listers!
