20 valve turbo 3B with 7A exhaust cam

So if the 7A exhaust cam is used for added performance, what about the 7A 
intake cam?  Typically N/A cars have a higher lift and duration, correct?  I 
am quite interested to know about this one since I will be doing a custom 
20v turbo project this coming summer (if $$$ permits).  I'm of course 
looking for bang/buck but I am also willing to spend the cash where it is 
merited - ie: I'm putting prolly $2k in the bottom end to ensure the car is 
reliable.  It doesn't bug me to do it right but it does bug me to spend 
extra cash where it's not needed.
