Mac-01 (Euro ECU) into a US spec UrQ?

Does anyone have any data on the results (positive / negative) from
plugging in a MAC-01 Euro spec ECU (no 02, no frquency valve) in a US spec
WX motored UrQ???  Hell does it even run???
