No-Road saga - What happened?

Well in the end the Allroad was sorted out. Mum had to play ball with
AoA and the owner of the dealership. The owner promised the car would be
fixed 100% or she would have the keys to another car until the found a
matching Allroad for replacement. They let her have a new A6 3.0 Avant for
a week or so and then the Allroad came home. So far all is well...
Well in the end I lost the court battle on the ticket, but my appeal is
on file and awaiting a date. I decided to have a review of the testimony,
evidence, and rebuttal + new evidence. Means I don't need to go to court
again, but I'll probably lose that too, make them work for it.
200q20v is still sitting at the local shop waiting for me to get home
and drive it to the friendly autobody place an hour away, mum refuses to do
it. So it's sat for 4 months now, poor car. I have a feeling it may meet
it's maker and that engine may hop into the 90q20v, but then again who
knows...
That's the abbreviated version of all the carnage, check those archives for
the full write ups.
Cheers,
