I doubt it. the center might be 1:1, or some arcane ratio, whereas the
rear will be the same as the front.  Also, a rear diff takes an input
and "sends" it out in two opposed directions 90 degrees to the input
(cetner shaft to rear shafts), a center diff sends its outputs fore and
aft, ie on the same axis as its input.  right?

it may be a different final drive ratio, which you will feel in your
butt-o-meter, but that should be it.  So long as your speedo drive gear
is  still engaged to the output flange (or the sender if you have a
digidash) your speed will even read correctly, since I think that is
driven *after* the differential, by the actual rotating speed of the
axle.  i think.
