No turn signal, '81 4k 5+5

I recently purchased a rather beat-up 5+5. Still waiting on the Bentley
manual I bought on e-bay. When I flip on the turn signals in either
direction, nothing lights up at all, and a warning light buzzes. I'm
thinking there might be a bad (or even missing) relay, but I don't have the
manual so I'm kind of running blind. I'd like to get the car safe to drive
asap, can any of you wiring geniuses identify this one based on the symptoms
or point me in the right direction? Sorry for the mundane question, but I
have the IQ of a prawn when it comes to wiring. I searched the archives, but
couldn't find an an exact duplicate of the problem.
