Hey, I'm with you! How about Germany for example.
Strict drivers exams (with schooling), strict
inspections, and enforcement of ALL traffic laws(not
just speeding). And for God's sake, lets get rid of
that stupid speed limit. 65 mph on a road built to
"autobahn" standards with very light traffic. Come
on! The car manufacturers and auto parts suppliers
would make a trillion dollars in the first few years
alone getting all the trash off the road.
