ignoring actual motor work - check into this little list:
A reinforce clutch master cylinder mounting area on firewall. These
tend to get weak and flex.
B remove battery tray and move battery to trunk, for more room and
better weight distribution.
C replace the fuel lines you damaged in step B
D new engine and tranny mounts
E if your heater core, hoses, valve are suspect or just plain old, they
are easier to get to now.
F remove all "hard to get to" AC parts - pipes and hoses, etc.
G clean and touch up or paint engine compartment
there may be one or two things I've forgotten, but you get the idea.

If you're running the stock CIS-E, computer changes are pointless, and I
wouldn't "up the boost" if I were you.
Save the extra power for after installing the management system that
comes with your engine, or better yet, after installing EFI. Best
plan? Install the EFI with the engine. See Javad, Marc S., Nate S. for
the btdt's and parts supplies...
