cluctch questions

Hi All,
    I am new to audifans  and have an 87 5000 wagon with 5 speed and nf engine.   I plan and am in the process of rebuilding an 86
mc engine which has a flexplate for the 87.  I  would like to install a spare clutch / flywheel  I have from a 86 5000 kz or a 87
4000q  wu onto  the mc.  Will either combination mate up to the  87 5 speed.?  This would allow me to have the mc engine
dynamically balanced and assembled while my 87 is still on the road.   Otherwise I will need to pull the nf engine from my wagon and
put its flywheel and clutch on the mc crank for balancing.
    Any other rebuild tips appreciated.
