1991 2.22L 20V Turbo Max HP?

What is possible with this motor, other than aftermarket chip and
exhaust?(possible 250hp)

Any information, links, articles would be great. Bigger turbos, more
fueling, stroker cranks, bore kits, cams, etc, etc...

How crazy (yet reliable) can it get?

300? 400? 500+?!

p.s. anyone know what the stock n.a. 2.3 20v fuel system is capable of
delivering? (say if someone was stupid enough to try and bolt a turbo on to
it...)
