People are getting close to 400 HP with bolt on RS2
stuff, any higher you may need to start beefing up the
internals, and you will need a larger turbo.

It will not support any boost at high RPMs from what
I've heard.  There has been some talk of using a small
turbo just for low rpms.  That way you max out your
fuel injectors all the way through the RPM range.  I
think if you are going to go through the trouble of
doing this, why not go all the way, and do a real
turbo conversion.
