Caliper dragging

I missed your original post but get the drift, I think. No argument
with the parking cables. No argument with frozen parking
brake actuation arms on the calipers. There is another phenomenon
I've not personally read about on this list, however. If I should
loosen the rear wheel bolts with the parking brake set, the rear
calipers may - or may not, it's a bit unpredictable - self-adjust a
click tighter so that I get a dragging caliper and hot wheel. I don't
fall for this anymore. Still, one might ask themselves if they
have had the rear wheels off just before the problem occurred.
