The cars vary, but usually the CSV gets full time power (while cranking
only?) and is grounded by the thermo time switch, which is often in the
back of the head.  YMMV, so measure the two leads to that 6th injector
and see what's up.

If all that is needed is a switchable ground, you can run one from a
switch in parallel with the thermo time switch.  Just don't overdo it
and flood the engine.

it seems like if the 12v is crank-only, a momentary switch that jumps
the ground could be held in for those troublesome warm starts until it
catches without too many problems.
