Raise your hand if you have your own personal version of the qlcc
code, and tell me what's so good about it.

Here's what I'm after: I've got an 86 5ktq with a solid engine and a
1.8bar Charlie spring sitting in the glove box. What I want is
quicker spool-up and lots of mid range torque. I rarely rev above
5000, so I'm not too concerned with power gains near the redline. A
half-decent jump off the line and instant (mash on it and go) passing
power are most important. The car also sees some use at altitude so I
guess I need to figure out whether there is overspin danger.
Turbo, downpipe, exhaust and intercooler upgrades might happen
someday, but right now I need the car for driving.
