first, on a cold start it *should* be rich. second, if that meter is
running off the OXS, who knows how accurate it will be until the OXS is
warmed up anyway? Third, it sounds like something that was supposed to
let air in at cold idle got stuck closed (like your ISV), you
compensated by letting air in pedally. And now it is unstuck again
according to your later post...
You might want to give the ISV a quick clean sometime when you're bored.
