10v 90q calipers on a 20v & history of warping

Even Bendix stuff shouldn't warp so quickly. Assuming you're just *driving*
the car, not left foot braking around town. As an ex-pizza driver I can
relate! I haven't seen it often in the smaller cars, but is it possible your
master cylinder is declining, applying pressure even though your foot isn't
on the brake? How about a test drive around town, using the brake as little
as possible, then hop out and put a finger(carefully) to the rims. A nice
even, cool, temp would be on par for that test drive. I've had 5000tq's drag
the brakes hard enough to make a steel rim hot to the touch.

Why downgrade the system it came with? If it's a cost issue, I'll swap you
for the rotors on my 90q20v, rather than see you fit smaller brakes.
