Same clutch kit between 3B and MC2, so yes, should clunk right in there.
Make sure you've installed the pilot bushing into your crank if it wasn't
already set up w/one. I've got an 3B flywheel on my 4000tq, and it went in
ok, with a little fighting. It does help to turn the crank a little to help
the splines line up for the clutch disc, assuming you're within an inch of
link-up.
