Honestly, it's been years since I did this and I lost the piece
of paper where I sketched the circuit on... But, as far as I
recall, whatever you measure 'out' of the decel pin on the
controller does not have a meaning since it is in fact an
'input'. Think of a open-colector-type circuitry which switches
the permanently powered decel valve to ground. The only thing I
remember is, that the transistor in the original module was
dimensioned way to weak. I replaced it with a stronger one.
Whatever. If you are running an *E*FI with electrically
controlled valves, the computer should take care of the fuel
shutoff in case of deceleration.
*If* you use the decel part of the ISV, keep in mind that the
decel shutoff only works if the module "thinks" the engine is
warm enought. That's one thing the extra temp sensor for the
module is for.
My (non A/C equiped car) ISV had an extra pin labled "K",
probably to increase the idle a little when an A/C "K"ompressor
is switched on. (+12V on this pin and the idle raises about 80rpm)

So long!
