Removing MC turbo exhaust manifold...

Hello all...

I've got an MC-1 engine in the garage now and I'm going to pull the head to
have it freshened up.  I've got the intake off already and I was just
wondering if there's a preferred order for removing the exhaust manifold,
wastegate and turbo.

I've been looking around in the archives and some prefer to leave everything
attached to the head, while others remove the manifold and turbo before
removing the head.  I'll eventually need to remove the exhaust manifold,
downpipe and turbo to check everything out to see if anything needs work
before the conversion and I'd like to make things as easy as
possible...looks like some of those turbo flange bolts might be a challenge
to get to...

Any tips or BTDT's?  Is the turbo coolant line troublesome to remove?
