MC1 engine with slightly rusted cylinder bores

Listers,

My (not so) recently acquired MC block shows signs of slight rusting of the
cylinder walls...it's my fault as I forgot to protect them with some grease
before storing it but oh well...
Should I bother about it or not? Am I in for disassembly and honing of the
cylinder bores?
