Not at all!
It would be feasible but you'll be concerned about the amount of boost that
you will run because of your engine's high compression ratio. At 10:1 CR,
you could only run something like 4 pounds of boost without serious danger
for your engine...that'd be a nice idea though to have a very small turbo
to blow at those pressures almost from idle and with almost no lag, that's
the LPT (low-pressure turbo) technology that Saab has been using for some
years for increased driveabilty and great low-end torque.
But the intake piping won't be an easy thing to do, as well as the exhaust
routing...might more easily swap a MC2 in your Audi 100 quattro and make it
produce very low boost (like 6psi as in stock form) and you'll already have
the knock-sensing ignition...plus you won't have to worry about the
air-fuel ratio as the CIS-E is pretty capable to supply enough fuel for
that low boost amounts IMHO.
