My first, and last thought (since it wasn't replaced yet!) is the oxygen
sensor.  Is it working?

Measured two ways to be sure - OXS output voltage (when warm, cycles
approx .2-.8 volts) and Control Pressure Regulator, likewise should
cycle every few seconds when warm from a bit above to a bit below 0 mA -
ie, like -3 mA to +3 mA or so.

Surely this has been checked by now, but I figured I would ask...
