alternative pressure plate bolt source?

Go ahead, you can re-use them.  Clean well.  Blue Locktite.  Torque down
like I explained earlier.  You probably want to go on the lower end of
torque, rather than risking over torquing.

Yes.  But not many hardware have much of a metric selection.  You might
also find local outfits catering to industry, with much more interesting
stock (we have one around here... cool)
