Last spring or summer an anti left lane cruising law was passed on the
401. I like the law, but I feel it's almost like giving people a license to
speed. There are alot of people who don't know about the law, and the
enforcers are actively patrolling and ticketing in the Toronto area and west
(my direction). I don't know about your side.
