'93 90 - Not Starting

I have a 1993 Audi 90. After driving it about 40 miles the check engine lig=
ht came on. Turned the car off and restarted it, light it went out. Later t=
hat day dr0ve 60 miles, turned it off, no problems. I drove it home (60 mil=
es) light comes back on. 2 days later I go to start the car and nothing. Th=
e battery is good but the starter won't engage, as if it is not getting pow=
er. Any suggestions on how to begin to troubleshoot this?
