A/C adjuster bolt removal: back here yet again

The "bolt" and the "nut" with the teeth are two separate parts. If you
hold the "nut" with a thin wrench of the appropriate size (and I can't
remember what that size is but it might be 17 -- 19 mm or larger), you can
turn the bolt head completely out of the nut. I had to do that on the
alternator adjuster, which uses the same toothed nut and bolt, to get that
fully loose.
