[V6-12v] RE: Broken steering rack to body mount (was strange popping noise in steering)

Sorry for the late reply.

I have a clunking noise in my 92 100CSq when I turn the wheel.  Local
alignment shop says it's a strut bearing but I haven't replaced it yet.
Could it also be this steering rack that you guys are talking about?
