-remove the rear headrests.
-pry up the metal tabs at the base of the seatback by the floor.
-now the only thing holding the seatback in there is the plastic headrest
sockets.
-go and open trunk and crawl in there and peel back the black felt trunk
liner at the front of the trunk and you'll see the metal slots that the
headrest sockets slide into. you will need to pry the plastic headrest
sockets out of these slots  - tap them out from inside the trunk to get the
tabs "unlocked" and then pry them out  - carefully - from inside the car out
from the seatback.
