86 4kq high idle

   Once warm my idle is about 1800 rpm.  Blipping the throttle drops it
mometarily to the correct level (8-900rpm?) but it creeps back up over about
2 seconds.  Cold idle is normal.  Car sat for most of the summer but idle
was fine last winter.  ISV?  Vac leak?
