4K stumble rough running

Did you move some dirt in the fuel system?

Fuel Filter (under rear of car) and the thingy screwed on to the
potentiometer (I was corrected on the name once - check archives)

How old is the timing belt?
Did your extra "hurry" pump some crankcase goo into the idle stabilization
valve?
