CSV fuel line leakage

That was what I was going to suggest.  Maybe a junkyard will have an
appropriate metric piece to plug the hole.  use a new crush washer.

You might not even notice rough starting.  Maybe a slightly longer
crank, depending on how much your CSV is activating in the current
weather...
