It will run, but at that level fuel is the least of your problems, getting
enough air into the motor is a much bigger concern.  Also, you're going to
want to re-evaluate your turbo, intercooler and exh. manifold.

You need to evaluate your engine's output based on more than pressure and
fuel capability.

Typically, most of the Audi turbo CIS systems are fine to about 12-13 psi,
after that they begin making (in a diminishing returns fasion) more pressure
and hot air with the more boost they run.
