2.1 Bar fueling requirements

Thanks Javad,

I just wanted to be reassured that I wasn't likely to encounter an expensive
lean condition! Goodies like a header and EFI will follow, just not yet. I
haven't even owned it a week yet, and it doesn't feel like I own it all
since it is not yet parked in my garage. Tomorrow....
