HP Valve Springs breaking?

I'd say the reason he doesn't want to give you the manufacturer info is that they would agree that the repair should be "in warranty." This would be totally unacceptable to me. You paid extra for a high performance part based on his recomendation at the time. The part failed prematurely. It should be covered. Also, why did he at first recomend the HP springs, then later tell you that stock springs would be fine with a 272* cam? If he was so sure you could run stock springs...why the hell did he sell you the HP springs? I wouldnld call him on this big time. At least dememand to get the manufacturer's contact info.... This should have cost you zero, zip, silch, nada...
