Scott, honestly, just get a piece of stock from Force
EFI, it will run you $10 a foot. Drill it up and
mount it, use cheep brass barbed fittings from your
hardware store, and some EFI rubber hose and clams to
connect everything. Then you'll have a really solid
fuel rail that you don't have to worry aboutIt's best
to use a regulator with a vacuum/boost refernce port
on it, that way your injection pressure remains
constant.
Coming up with an elaborate fuel rail will not help
much, The #1 injector is the worst possible place in
regards to the TB. If you can't find a KH TB, don't
be afraid to use a 4kq IM with the TB in the rear,
although I just remebered this is on a 5k right? It
may be a little more work to adapt everything, but at
least you can ditch the MM hose, which is a major
plus.
