OK everyone, are we running into the problem I was
looking at when I wanted to add the timing pin to my
flywheel? I wonder if the had a different config?

62btdt might be a good number, assuming you use the
correct 0 degree
mark,
which is not zero on your NG flywheel. It is 6
degrees off on a MC.
You
could just scale around the perimeter 62 degrees, and
drill your hole
the
correct distance from the edges of the flywheel teeth.
You need to
remove
material to clear the pin, and if the distributor is
not within 2
degrees
of the correct location, the car will not start. Here
are some
examples of
the pin location removing the minimum amount of
material.
