Ahh, yes, the stuff that you will re-do five times
till you're content...
I ended up using Summit Racing Remote Battery
Terminals like Marc used on his 4ktq. Mount them
somewhere, get some small wire lugs with the screw
down clamp, and go to town with hooking stuff up.

They are handy for jumping, and pretty clean to
install. That gold thing behind the pos terminal is
from radio shack ~$15. It's hooked to a relay and
provided power for all my ign switched stuff. For the
fuse, Napa has some generic 150-200 amp fuse blocks
that should work.
For the hose, I used some 3/4" silicone heater hose
that bent pretty easy, and slipped over variouse sizes
easily. I got it online somewhere, just look up
silicone heater hose. Also, you should be able to get
90's and different bends that may require one splice
at the auto store, I'd try a different one if yours
didn't have these.
