Crank bolt torque for timing belt change (10v)

Having some issues posting to the list, I hope I got them fixed this time. Message at the bottom.

Well I thought it was hit it with the air impact gun for about 10 seconds... thats AFTER covering it with 1/2 a bottle of locktite. I actually didn't mention this to the list in detail, but last week I had this bolt back out on me enough to grind away the keyway from the pulley. 10 valves and a days work later I was back on the road. Morale of the story: Never thrust the PO's "good shop" who didn't use any locktite and obviously didn't torque the bolt properly when they rebuilt the head less then 2500 miles ago (from when I bought the car), and use plenty of locktite when fixing thier mistake.
