Wiper washer not working - where is relay

It should be in position #9 in the underhood fusebox.

Before replacing you should unplug the connector at the washer pump and 
test it for 12v (meter or test light) across its two terminals, while 
trying to activate the spray.  No 12v, try replacing the relay.  If 
there's 12v there, the pump may be bad.
