Javad,
You are jmping the gun here.
Replacing the wheel bearings would not make the strut bearings go bad.
Most likely the small nut/fastener holding the bearing came loose when he was tightening the big 22mm nut with an impact gun BTDT. This is due to the rotational difference... tightening one will cause the other to try to loosen.
This is why it is very important to make sure that either that fastener is very tight or you use proper tools (allan key and offset 22mm closed wrench works well).
Before you get a new bearing just take the nut off and retighten that fastener, can easily be done in the driveway and should take about 10min.
