Type 85 cruise control

Yep, mine does the same thing.  When the engine bay warms, it works faily
well!  What kind of weirdness is that?  I'm going to check very thoroughly
in the engine compartment (I've already replaced all the hose in the engine
bay in my coupe).  Maybe the pumps not working to its full potential?
