For more on wind chill:

BTW, apparently there is a new wind chill formula since November 1, 2001:
http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/windchill/index.shtml

How does wind chill affect your Audi? Not the same as the perceived effect
to your body.
It is basically a heat transfer issue for your Audi. Wind is forced
convection, so cooling rates increase with increased flow of cold air.
Thus, more cold air means faster cooling down to actual air temperature,
then things cool no more. Once the temperature difference between actual
air temperature and your Audi reaches zero, heat stops moving from one to
the other.

Feel free to correct the above if required :-)

HTH,
Eric.
